This is the mental checklist I've had of Things I Want(tm). I'm putting it on the web because it occured to me that I could use it as a christmas list. Unfortunately it's kind of out of date. Slowly being updated for 1998.. er, 1999. This is getting to be as much a checklist for myself as anything else. Warning: this is in no particular order.
Everything has been backgrounded while I feel poor. It's nice to want things.
Now updating for 2002. I seem to want less stuff these days.
Now updating for 2003. This seems to have bubbled into a vagualy prioritized list; the earlier, the more I want. Of course, I may need the shoes more than DVD or esoteric computer hardware, but I said want, not need, didn't I? :->
Now updating for 2004. It continues to get smaller, but that's partially because Amazon is selling more things. But only partially.
Updating for 2005. List gets smaller. Amazon has all things, and I am coming to terms with the fact that just because I want something, there's no reason to think I'll make use of it.
Now that it is 2006, I find myself branching out again. Whodathunkit?
